The Board of Directors of Genting Plantations Berhad ("GENP") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of GENP had, at the Forty-First Annual General Meeting ("41st AGM") of GENP held on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 approved all the Ordinary and Special Businesses as set out in the Notice of the 41st AGM contained in the 2018 Annual Report by way of poll.

The results of the poll were duly validated by Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by GENP.
