The Board of Directors of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("the Bank") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 25 June 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Bank at the 37th AGM of the Bank held on Thursday, 25 July 2019 at 11.00 a.m.

Allthe resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Bank.
