On behalf of the Board of Directors of C. I. HoldingsBerhad ("CIHB"), we are pleased to announce that at the Thirty-Eighth Annual General Meeting ("38thAGM") of CIHB held on 27 October2016, the shareholders of CIHB have approved all the resolutions referred to in the Notice of the 38th AGM dated 30 September 2016.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company. Please refer to the attachment on the results of the poll.
