The Board of Directors of Malayan Flour Mills Berhad ("MFM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting ("EGM") held on26 October 2018, the shareholders ofMFM have approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice ofEGM dated11 October 2018. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the amended results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
