Further to the Company's announcement on the Notice of Meeting of the above Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 30April 2019 and Errata to the Annual Report on 23 May 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company have at the said AGM held earlier today approved all the resolutions which were tabled thereat as set out in the Notice convening the said AGM.
