Outcome
The Board of Directors of Mulpha International Bhd wishes to announce that allthe resolutions tabled at the 44th Annual General Meeting held today were duly approved by the shareholders. Allthe resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
