The Board of Directors of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders present at the 99th Annual General Meeting ("AGM")held this morning,6 September 2017 have received the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2017 as well as the Report of Directors and Auditors. They have also approved all resolutions set out in the Notice of 99th AGM dated31 July 2017 by way of poll.

The results of the poll were validated by MsWong YokeFangof UHY, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
