The Board of Directors of Lion Industries Corporation Berhad ("LICB") wishes to announce that all the ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice of the 89th Annual General Meeting of LICB held on 28 November 2019 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Messrs Ong Boon Bah & Co., the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
