On behalf of the Board of Directors of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad (“Company”), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 4 October 2021 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held today.

The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Please refer to the attachment for details of the polling result in respect of the resolutions tabled at the EGM.
