The Board of Directors of Tong Herr Resources Berhad ("THR") wishes to announce that the members of THR had passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated April 29, 2019 at the Twenty-Second(22nd) AGM held on May 27, 2019.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
