The Board of Directors of Warisan TC HoldingsBerhad("WTCH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 22ndAnnual General Meeting dated 30 April2019were duly passed by the shareholders of WTCH.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Please refer to the attachment for the poll results.
