We wish to announce that all the resolutioms set out in the Notice of theSixteenth Annual General Meeting of Coastal Contracts Bhd ("the Company")held on 29 November 2016 were dulypassed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verfied by Messrs Tsang & Co, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
