The Board of Directors of Marine & General Berhad ("the Company" or "M&G") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty Second Annual General Meeting ("22nd AGM") dated 30 September 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders in the 22nd AGM held on 30 October 2019.

The voting on all the resolution were carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Kalis & Co., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company, Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
