Outcome

The Board of Directors of GETS GLOBAL BERHAD ("GETS" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") dated 31 October2018were duly passed by the shareholders of GETSat the 16th AGM held today, 29 November2018except for the Ordinary Resolution No 7which was not put forthfor voting as the Director, Rosly bin Azizdid not seek for re-election at the AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The details of the results of the poll are set out below.
