Outcome
The Board of Directors of Mudajaya Group Berhad wishes to announce that allthe resolutions tabled at the 16th Annual General Meeting held today were duly approved by the shareholders. Allthe resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
