Outcome
The Board of Directors of IQ Group Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto annouce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") dated 28July2016 were duly passed at the 13th AGM of the Company held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 13th AGM is attached herewith.
