Outcome
Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 27 August 2013 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 28 August 2013 (“Notice”). The Board of Directors of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the Management Company of the Trust, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice (as amended by the errata dated 11 September 2013) have been duly passed by the unitholders at the AGM held today. The name of the Trust will be changed from “Starhill Real Estate Investment Trust” to “YTL Hospitality REIT” with effect from the date of registration of the Restated Deed with the SC. Further developments will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 25 September 2013.
