Outcome
The Board of Directors of MRCB--Quill Management Sdn Bhd ("MQM"), the Manager of MRCB-Quill REIT ("MQREIT"), wishes to announce that the Ordinary Resolution on the Proposed Authority to Allot and Issue New Units was duly passed by the unitholders at MQREIT's Annual General Meeting held today.
The resolution was voted by poll and the poll result were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by MQM. The result of the poll is as follows:
