The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the management company of Atrium Real Estate Investment Trust ("Atrium REIT") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting of Unitholders("Meeting") of Atrium REIT dated 17 May 2019, wereduly passed with the required majority of votes cast by the unitholders of Atrium REIT by way of poll. Results of the poll was validated by the appointed independent Scrutineer, Asia Securities Sdn. Berhad.
