The Board of Directors of Southern Acids (M) Berhad ("SAB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Thirty-Eighth Annual General Meeting ("38th AGM") dated 31July 2019were duly passed by the shareholders of SAB at the 38th AGM held today, 30August 2019.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The details of the polling results are set out below.
