Outcome
The Board of Directors of Hap Seng Plantations Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the notice of 12th annual general meeting ("AGM") dated 30April2019, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held on even date.
All resolutions were voted upon by poll and the poll results were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
