Outcome
The Board of Directors of Sarawak CableBerhad ("SCB") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 15 May 2017, the shareholders of SCB have approved all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 21 April 2017 .
All resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
