Outcome
The Board of Directors of Sarawak Cable Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that at its 21st Annual General Meeting ("21st AGM")held today, 12 June 2019, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 21st AGM dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The details of the results of the poll are set out below.
