The Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the 5th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Casuarina Room, Ground Floor, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A, Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 19 June 2014 at 2.30 p.m. A copy of the Notice of the 5th AGM is attached. Please note that the Notice of the 5th AGM will be advertised in "New Straits Times" on 26 May 2014.
