The Board of Directors of K-STAR wishes to announce that all resolutions tabled at the AGM 2019 held today as listed in the AGM Notice dated 26 April 2019 was duly approved by the shareholders.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
