Outcome

Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad ("MHB") is pleased to announce that at the 30th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of MHB held today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 13 March 2019, were duly passed by the shareholders of MHB.

The voting in respect of all the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn Bhd), the Independent Scrutineer appointed by MHB. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
