Outcome

The Board of Directors of Berjaya Food Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to annouce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Eighth Annual General Meeting held on 2 October 2017 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll is set out in the attachment below.

The Board of Directors is also pleased to annouce that the poll results has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
