The Board of Directors of Focus Lumber Berhad ("Focus Lumber") is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Focus Lumber dated 8 October 2018were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of Focus Lumber held today. The results of the poll were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Focus Lumber.
