Outcome

The Board of Directors of UOA Development Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") of the Company dated 24 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 14th AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the poll results are set out in the attachement.
