On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunway Berhad (“Sunway”), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Sunway (“EGM”) will be held at Grand Caymans, Level 10, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia on Monday, 20 April 2015 at 3.00 p.m. or at any adjournment thereof, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing with or without modifications the resolutions as set out in the enclosed notice of EGM dated 3 April 2015. We are pleased to announce that all the resolutions stated in the notice of extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) of Sunway dated 3 April 2015 and tabled at the EGM of Sunway held today at Grand Caymans, Level 10, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, were approved by the shareholders.
