The Board of Directors of Globaltec FormationBerhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions asset out in the Notice of the FifthAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 28 October 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today by way of poll.

The scrutineer for the counting of votes is Mr. Sivaruban Kandasamy, representative of theindependent scrutineer appointed by the Company, Axcelasia Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd.
