The Board of Directors of Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad ("FGV" or the Company ) is pleased to inform that at the 10th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of FGV held on Thursday, 28 June 2018 at 11.00 a.m. at Banquet Hall 1, Level B2, Menara Felda, Platinum Park, No. 11, Persiaran KLCC, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed.

The Company s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors tabled at the AGM of FGV were received and adopted.

Voting on all the resolutions above were carried out by e-polling at the AGM of FGV in accordance with Paragraph 8.29A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

All the results of the e-polling were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the e-polling are attached herewith.

Resolution 6 for re-election of Dato Sri Abu Bakar bin Harun who retires in accordance with Article 94 of the Company's Articles of Association was proposed by the Chairman at the meeting and was subsequently withdrawn on behalf of FGV Board, arising from the absence of a seconder for the motion. As this reflected the shareholders' sentiments, the Chairman declared the withdrawal of Resolution 6 and there was no objection from the shareholders present at the meeting. Therefore, Dato' Sri Abu Bakar bin Harun retires as Non Independent and Non Executive Director of FGV at today's AGM.
