Outcome
The Board of Directors of Xin Hwa Holdings Berhad ("XHHB") wishes to announce that the shareholders of XHHB have at the Sixth Annual General Meeting ("6thAGM") held this morning, approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of 6th AGM dated 31 July 2019("Resolutions").
The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by SE Lai CK, an independent scrutineer appointed by XHHB. The voting results are set out below.
