The Board of Directors of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad ("DRMSB"), the Manager of Al-Salam Real Estate Investment Trust("Al-Salam") wishes to inform that resolutions as set out in the Notice of theUnitholders' Meeting ("Meeting") of Al-Salam dated8 May2018 were duly passed by the unitholders of Al-Salam at theMeeting held today, Wednesday,6 June2018.

All the Resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by DRMSB.
