The Board of Directors of Serba Dinamik HoldingsBerhad wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Second Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 13 April 2018were duly passed at the AGM held today, 14 May 2018.
The resolutions were voted on by poll and the results of the poll were verified by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
