Outcome
The Board of Directors of MNRB Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 43rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 29 July 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders present at the AGM held this morning.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
