The Board of Directors of Kumpulan Fima Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that the shareholders of the Company have at the 47th Annual General Meeting ("47th AGM") held today passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 47th AGM dated 29July 2019by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn Bhd), the independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
