The Board of Directors of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad ("Suria") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out int he Notice of Thirty Fourth Annual General Meeting ("34th AGM") dated 28 April 2017 have been passed by the shareholders of Suria's 34th AGM held today.

The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by ScrutineerSolutions Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Suria. Please refer to to the attachment for the results of the poll.
