PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS

We refer to the announcements dated 19 October 2015, 4 November 2015 and 26 November 2015 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of VSIB, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the shareholders of VSIB have approved the resolution in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants as set out in the notice of the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") dated 27 November 2015, at the EGM held today.
