We refer to the announcements dated 14 July 2015, 16 July 2015, 29 July 2015 and 31 July 2015 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of VSIB, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the shareholders of VSIB have approved the resolutions in relation to the Proposals as set out in the notice of the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") dated 3 August 2015, at the EGM held today.
