Outcome
The Board of Directors of Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad ("Bintai" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's TwentyFifty Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM") held today, 22 August 2019, were carried.
All the resolutions were voted upon by poll and the resultsof the poll were validated byCoopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
