The Board of Directors of Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad ("Bintai" or "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Company's Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") dated 28 August 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 24th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
