The Board of Directors of YKGI Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 29 April 2019 were duly carriedat the AGM held on 23 May 2019.
All the resolutionswere decided by way of poll voting at the AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1193583-M), the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
