Outcome

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Borneo Oil Berhad ("BOB"), we wish to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 31st May 2017, were approved by the shareholders of BOB at the said AGM held on 31st July 2017.

The voting in respect of all the resolutions was carried out by way of poll, results of which have been validated by Leou Associates PLT, being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the Annual General Meeting is attached herewith.

This announcement is dated 31st July 2017.
