The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 October 2018 together withthe Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were duly tabled and received at the 22ndAnnual General Meeting ("22ndAGM") under item 1 in the Notice ofthe 22ndAGM.
All the Resolutions were voted on a poll at the 22nd AGM of the Company. The poll was scrutinised by Messrs Asia Securities Sdn. Bhd. Please refer to the following forthe poll results of the Resolutions passed.
