The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 October 2017 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were duly tabled and received at the 21st AGM of Wong Engineering Corporation Berhad under Agenda 1.
The resolutions as set out in the Notice of 21st AGM dated 28 February 2018, voted on a poll scrutinized by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, were duly passed at the 21st AGM of the Company held on 23 March 2018. Details of the poll results are as attached.
