The Board of Directors of Takaso Resources Berhad ("the Company" or "TRB") is pleased to announce that the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") of the Company will be held at K55 Jalan Kesang, Kawasan Perindustrian Tanjung Agas, 84000 Ledang, Johor on Thursday, 19 December 2013, at 2.00 p.m. Depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 12 December 2013 are entitled to attend, speak and vote at the Company's said 16th AGM.
