The Board of Directors of AbleGroup Berhad ("AB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice of Fourteenth Annual General Meeting were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said Annual General Meeting held on 8 June 2018.
