NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") of the shareholders of GPA Holdings Berhad will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 27 September 2012 at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 13th AGM, details as per attachment herein.

The Board of Directors of GPA Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 September 2012 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
