Further to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Order on 11 July 2019, the Board of Directors of D'nonce Technology Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the re-elections of Lim Teck Seng, Yeo Boon Leong, Ng Kok Wah and Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah bin Raja Hussin as directors of the Company at the Nineteenth ("19th") Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 17 June 2019 are invalid.
